New Patient Appointments: $300

(120 minutes—must be in person)

Follow up Appointments: $150

(60 minutes - In person or telehealth)

30 minute Telehealth Follow up: $75

School/Sports Physicals: $50

(30 minute visit, ages 16 and up)

Other Focused Visits—paperwork, labs, etc. $50-$100 (dependent on time to complete work)
